
To make your chicken and meat pie are much easy if you know the important ingredients and method of preparation. Below are the list of ingredients and method of preparation.
INGREDIENTS for MEAT PIE AND CHICKEN PIE.
Floor – 1kg (depends on the quantity)
Baking powder- ½ table spoon
Salt – optional
Butter -. One sachet (1)
Egg -. Seven (7)
Grind meat/ Chicken/ fish – as needed
Curry – ½ tea spoon
Thyme – ½ tea spoon
Nutmeg – ½ tea spoon
Maggi – one cube (1)
Pepper – as needed/ little
Potatoes – four to five tubers (4-5)
Carrot – two to three tubers (2-3)
Onions – ½ bulb.
Method of preparation
Mix floor, baking powder, salt, butter. Add the eggs together, spice the grinded meat/chicken/ fish. Add ten to twelve table spoons of water and boil for ten minutes. Slice the potatoes, carrot and onions and add to the boiling meat. When it’s ready, ensure the water is dried up. Then sprinkle floor on the smooth table and roll out the floor mixture. Then using a circle shape object or a pie cutter, cut out and place on the pie cutter and on one side of it, put in two to three tea spoons of the cook chicken/fish/ sauce and close the cutter, the cutter gives beautified shape. Using a brush, brush the top of the meat pie with egg white, grease the oven pan and place in the meat pie and bake. Then your meat/chicken pie is fit to serve.
