
Here are few steps on how to make your quality liquid milk.
The ingredients are:
Soyabeans — grinded
Water — as needed
Benzonate (preservative) — a pinch
Sugar — as needed
Milk flavour — a little
Thickener — (fermented)
Colour — white (to make it brighter)
Salt — a pinch.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Soak soyabeans for two hours or over night. Remove the chaff and grind it, add benzonate, sugar, salt. Put into a pot and boil, after boiling leave it to cool then you can proceed by adding milk flavour, thickener (if it is not thick) and add colour. Your quality liquid milk is now quite ok to serve.
